Benedict is currently filming an episode of the new Marple series, Murder is Easy, alongside Julia McKenzie for ITV.

No news of air dates yet, but I will keep you posted.

I have returned from a fantastic holiday. 28 days just travelling around Europe... fantastic.

Thanks for all your patience while I was away. I have now added pending fan listing members and have a few wee bits of news to post.

I have a few days off still before I return to work. Hopefully the site migration will *finally* happen soon, I am still just waiting for the finalised layout to arrive.

Hi everyone. Thanks for all the support. I really was hoping to have the new site up and running weeks ago, but the designer for the site has been held up... i am not sure when I will recieve the design, but all the prep work is complete for a swift migration to the new server.

I will be offline for a few weeks. I will try and check in to ensure the site is running smoothly though.

Benedict has just finished recording a new comedy sitcom by John Finnemore starring Stephanie Cole and Roger Allam.

It is set around a small airline business depicting not only the glamorous but the tediously mundane of every day. It was recorded live on June 12th and 15th.

I have not got an air date yet, so let me know if you hear anything!

Hi everyone. Thanks for your patience. I am sorry the new promised layout is not up and running. the designer I have hired to do the job has had some personal stuff to deal with of late, but has promised me it will be finished by the end of the week, and hopefully I will have it up and running shortly thereafter.

as you may have noticed, the forum has already moved to its new home, the gallery and fanlisting are also in the process of moving.

I plan to have the whole site up and running at its new home of bc-online.co.uk with a pretty new layout before the end of June. Wish me luck!

A few months back I got an e-mail through the site from a person saying they had Benedict's contact details. I sent off a letter, wanting to check the details were right before posting them here (and of course because i wanted an autograph!)

Well guess what arrived in the post today.. oh yes, a wee signed photo from the lovely Mr Cumberbatch with the message Many Thanks Jess X...

I squeed so loud I think I scared my neighbours.

Copy of the autograph is below, I have to watermark it to stop it being used as a template for fakes, which unfortunately happens quite a lot on places like e-bay. I have also now included the contact details via the FAQ page.

The new forum is up and running. It is version 3.0 from phpbb, so is the latest and has some great new features.. still working on the layout.

All posts have been migrated to the new server, and all the LOGIN DETAILS ARE THE SAME.

In the next few weeks BCOnline is going to undergo some massive changes including the following:

1/ New professional layout
2/ Massive updates in the gallery
3/ Move to a new dedicated domain
4/ Move to a massive new faster server

I have always wanted to make the best. most reliable and professional site I could manage. I hope that the changes are successful and you enjoy the new site, and some of the issues of the past few weeks disappear. The migration will be going on for the next few weeks, and this site here will obviously stay active while that goes on. All the gallery images, forum posts etc, will be migrated, so your accounts should work, no issues.

Obviously there is some expense involved in this, as I am just one person with ambitions that are probably beyond me..lol.. to this end I have added a donate button for paypal to the site. Please do not feel pressured at all to click it, but if you do it would be greatly appreciated.
